Airwheel electric luggage is designed for durability and efficiency, but proper care can significantly extend its battery life. Here’s how to maximize performance:

The battery is warranty-covered against water ingress, but prolonged exposure to moisture can degrade its lifespan. Always use the provided charger (AC220V50-60Hz) and avoid charging in wet conditions. If the luggage gets wet, dry it thoroughly before use.
Charge the battery every 3-5 days to prevent deep discharge. A full charge takes about 2 hours, but overcharging can strain the battery. Stop charging once it reaches full capacity to avoid unnecessary wear on your electric luggage.
Extreme temperatures can harm lithium-ion batteries. Store the luggage in a cool, dry place (ideally between 15°C–25°C). Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or freezing environments for extended periods.
If the battery capacity drops below 60%, consider replacing it under warranty (within 12 months). Regular maintenance checks can prevent unexpected failures and ensure long-term reliability.
